Sound can help ground our nervous system. Sound delivered with intention and love can have a calming influence upon your brain, your body, and your spirit. It may offer a journey for you to take, or not, depending upon what calls you. The invitation is to recharge, refocus on what matters to you most. Allow about two hours for the experience. About 60 minutes is for sound practice itself, preceded by some meditative time and followed by some coming back time. No two sound experiences are the same. The instruments are constant and available and most times they are used to make sound. But not always. The instruments and you have a lot to say about how they contribute. Sometimes they talk to each other.
